En Abundancia tratamos tus datos personales conforme al Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD). Aquí te explicamos qué datos recogemos, para qué y qué derechos tienes.

2. QUÉ DATOS RECOGEMOS

  • Newsletter: tu dirección de email, cuando te suscribes voluntariamente.
  • Formulario de sugerencias: nombre, email y el contenido de tu mensaje.
  • Reservas: no recogemos datos de reserva en esta web; el proceso se realiza en la plataforma externa de reservas, que actúa como responsable de su propio tratamiento conforme a su política de privacidad.
  • Navegación: esta web no instala cookies propias. Algunos contenidos de terceros (tipografías de Google Fonts y el widget de reseñas de Elfsight) pueden tratar tu dirección IP al cargarse.

3. FINALIDAD Y BASE JURÍDICA

  • Enviarte novedades y promociones (newsletter) — base jurídica: tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD), que puedes retirar en cualquier momento.
  • Atender y responder tus sugerencias — base jurídica: tu consentimiento al enviar el formulario y nuestro interés legítimo en responder a quien nos escribe (art. 6.1.a y 6.1.f RGPD).

No tomamos decisiones automatizadas ni elaboramos perfiles con tus datos.

4. CUÁNTO TIEMPO CONSERVAMOS TUS DATOS

  • Newsletter: hasta que te des de baja o retires tu consentimiento. Cada email incluye un enlace de baja.
  • Sugerencias: el tiempo necesario para atender tu mensaje y, después, bloqueados durante los plazos de prescripción legal.

5. DESTINATARIOS Y ENCARGADOS DE TRATAMIENTO

No cedemos tus datos a terceros, salvo obligación legal. Para prestar el servicio utilizamos proveedores que actúan como encargados de tratamiento o responsables propios:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Francia — UE): gestión de la lista de suscriptores y envío de la newsletter.
  • Elfsight: widget que muestra reseñas públicas de Google; puede tratar tu IP al cargarse.
  • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): carga de tipografías; puede tratar tu IP.

  • Plataforma de reservas (enlace externo): responsable de su propio tratamiento.

6. TRANSFERENCIAS INTERNACIONALES

Algunos proveedores (Google, Elfsight) pueden implicar transferencias de datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo. En esos casos, se amparan en garantías adecuadas conforme al capítulo V del RGPD, como cláusulas contractuales tipo o la adhesión al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU.

7. TUS DERECHOS

Puedes ejercer en cualquier momento tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad, así como retirar tu consentimiento sin que ello afecte a la licitud del tratamiento anterior.

  • Escríbenos a hola@somosabundancia.es indicando el derecho que quieres ejercer. Si tenemos dudas razonables sobre tu identidad, podremos pedirte documentación que la acredite.
  • Te responderemos en el plazo máximo de un mes.

8. MENORES DE EDAD

Nuestros formularios están dirigidos exclusivamente a mayores de 18 años. Si eres padre, madre o tutor y crees que un menor nos ha facilitado datos, escríbenos y los eliminaremos.

9. SEGURIDAD

Aplicamos las medidas técnicas y organizativas apropiadas (art. 32 RGPD) para proteger tus datos frente a accesos no autorizados, pérdida o alteración.

10. CAMBIOS EN ESTA POLÍTICA

Si modificamos esta política, publicaremos aquí la versión actualizada con su fecha. La versión en inglés es una traducción de cortesía; en caso de discrepancia prevalece la versión en español.

  • Newsletter: your email address, when you subscribe voluntarily.
  • Suggestions form: your name, email, and the content of your message.
  • Reservations: we do not collect booking data on this website; bookings are handled by an external platform, which acts as controller of its own processing.
  • Browsing: this site sets no first-party cookies. Some third-party content (Google Fonts, the Elfsight reviews widget) may process your IP address when it loads.

3. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

  • Sending you news and promotions (newsletter) — legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Handling and replying to your suggestions — legal basis: your consent when submitting the form and our legitimate interest in replying (arts. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).

We make no automated decisions and build no profiles with your data.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Suggestions: for as long as needed to handle your message, then blocked for the legal limitation periods.

5. RECIPIENTS AND PROCESSORS

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We rely on these providers:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France — EU): subscriber list management and newsletter delivery.
  • Elfsight: widget displaying public Google reviews; may process your IP.
  • Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): font delivery; may process your IP.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some providers (Google, Elfsight) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability, and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

  • We will reply within one month.

8. MINORS

Our forms are intended exclusively for adults over 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
